WHAT'S INCLUDED:
• Bicycle Transfer > meeting poin TREK BARCELONA SUD Monday 03/08/2026 at 18h00 — exclusive for DivisionCC members, from Barcelona to Provence. We take care of your beloved machine and will deliver it directly in France, so you can travel worry free directly to the destination (Provence has great train connections from Barcelona to Avignon or Carpentras or flights to Marseille).
• Riders transfer, if needed > Carpentras Station. Traveling without the bike is probably the cheapest and fastest way to get there, if you are planing to take another kind of transportation please let us know beforehand to avoid problems and/or delays in your arrival.
• Accommodation in a lovely Provence House, with private pool — located in the charming region, with a 4-night stay. Your package includes everything you need for breakfast during the week and extra snacks. Rooms will be distributed between double and triple rooms. The house has a secure, appropriate space for bicycle storage, giving you peace of mind while you enjoy your cycling adventure.
• Bike routes planned for the 4 days, with a support vehicle and full professional mechanical assistance, water, fruits, electrolyte drinks and a variety of snacks to keep your energy up throughout the journey.
• Our professional team will guide you along the routes, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. We will hold full daily briefings and, while we ride as a group, you will also receive GPX files so you can follow at your own pace on longer climbs.
• Tour de France Professional Race Event, watch the pros pass by on Mont Ventoux from a sensational viewing area, including:
> Refreshments: while you wait for the femmes to fly by, keep hydrated with fresh water, soft drinks, Provence Rose or a beer. Please note, you will ride back to the house, so drink responsibly.
> PicNic style lunch: Enjoy a nice and relaxed meal in the mountain, veggie and vegan options available.> Prime Location: Watch the race up close from a well located area, with the peloton passing right in front of you.

Day 1 (TUE 04/08) — Gorges de La Nesque, a classic loop

Meet our team and your cycling partners for the week ahead, we will go over some important points for the trip and have some snacks and drinks before heading out on our first day in Provence! Bikes will be ready and waiting for you, please review all your gadgets and make sure you’re ready to roll.

Today we’ll explore a loop around Provence, riding quiet roads and a classic route that capture the essence of the region.
The highlight of the day is the Gorges de La Nesque, where we’ll regroup and do some nice pictures, refill our bottles and enjoy the nice sunset back to the house.

Day 2 (WED 05/08) — The Giant of Provence, from Sault.

Classic and beautiful climb of the Mont Ventoux via Sault, one of the most famous and amazing routes that will definitely make for a perfect day on the bike. Two support stops will provide the fuel you need to conquer the Giant of Provence. Descent trough Malaucène is super fast and can be a wind ride, so keep that in mind and enjoy the views.
Day 3 (THU 06/08) > The Iconic Provence Roads

Day 4 (FRI 07/08) — Watch the Femmes!

The fourth day is dedicated to the unique experience of watching the professional women riding the iconic Mont Ventoux via Bedoin. Our ride will be shorter but not easier, Bedoin is considered the most challenging of the tree climbs to get to the top of the Giant of Provence.
We’ll leave the house heading to a strategic point on the race route chosen to give us a great view of the riders in action, Chalet Reynard. We’ll have plenty of time to find a good spot, enjoy the atmosphere during the whole day, and soak in the Tour de France Femmes vibe.
After cheering as the peloton passes, we’ll enjoy an easy sunset ride back to the house, celebrating the day with a toast and fresh stories to share.
Tip: Bring something warm to wear while you wait — even in August, the wind in the mountain can be surprising.

August in Provence and on Mont Ventoux is generally hot and dry. In Provence: 20–33°C during the day and 15–20°C at night. On Mont Ventoux: 10–25°C at the summit, with strong winds that increase the feeling of cold. Little rain, but brief afternoon storms can occur. Intense sun and high UV — bring sun protection, stay hydrated, and prefer to ride early in the morning or late in the afternoon.

A complete set is recommended, including:
Midweight base layer: to keep the body warm without overheating, helping regulate temperature while riding.
Bib shorts: essential for comfort on long distances, with good ventilation and chafe protection.
Cycling jersey: long-sleeve or short-sleeve, preferably made of breathable, quick-drying fabric.
Sleeveless wind vest: to protect against wind, especially during descents.
Waterproof, breathable jacket: crucial if weather changes at the mountain, temperatures can drop significantly and it can be windy.
Being prepared for rapid weather changes is crucial to ensure safety and performance while riding through the beautiful landscapes.

Yes, we have a partnership with TREK and offer the new Trek Madone with electronic shifting and carbon wheels for €70 per day.

Routes are scenic but also very demanding physically, you should expect +10 hours of riding during the 4 days, combined with significant elevation.
Finding your own pace and respecting it during the week is crucial to make the most of it. Support vehicle will be always around in case there’s a problem or you just decided to call it a day. -

Initial deposit of €200 to secure your spot. Split payment available in 3 installments by bank transfer.
Note: the deposit is a commitment, it can only be refundable in case of proved illness or injury that prevent you from participating in the trip. In any other scenario the deposit can be used in a future trip. -
Cancellation Policy
More than 90 days before the trip start date: 25% of the total amount is charged, with 100% of that amount available as credit toward a future trip.
61 to 90 days before the trip start date: 100% of the total amount is charged, with 75% of that amount available as credit toward a future trip.
31 to 60 days before the trip start date: 100% of the total amount is charged, with 25% of that amount available as credit toward a future trip.0 to 30 days before the trip start date: 100% of the total amount is charged, with no credit available for a future trip.
The deposit is non-refundable, in case of proven illness or injury it can be used on future trips/events.
